STOP CSE: National Child Sexual Exploitation awareness day

In the UK it's National Child Sexual Exploration Awareness Day, a day when we can stand up and say this had to STOP!!!

The work doesn't stop there through education , awareness and our actions we can make a difference.

What is CSE?

It is sexual abuse in which child are abused for money, power and status. Children are groomed to think they are in loving, consensual relationships, this also happens on the internet. Young people are often trafficked around the UK for sexual exploitation, it happens everywhere.

Spotting the signs of sexual Exploitation

Missing from Home
Missing from School
Behavioral Change 
Secretive use of a mobile phone 
Secretive use of the internet
Unexplained gifts (sometimes a new mobile phone)
Older boyfriends 
Friends or peers being exploited 
Alcohol use
Drugs use
Sexual Heath Issues
